We had Aire Serv come to our home to do a routine check on our furnace before the winter months.
Our technician Kyle was incredibly knowledgeable and explained every step of the process while it was happening.

Unfortunately our furnace has seen better days after many years so our costs were higher than a regular service check but that comes with age.

Whether it is scheduling service calls with Odette at Aire Serv’s office to having the technicians in our home, from start to finish each service call is great!

Great quality products and workmanship! Install was a breeze and techs were great during the whole process!

Garfield performed a Scheduled Maintenance & A/C tune-up on August 6th. He was knowledgeable, polite and explained the various checks and services he was performing. He also made some recommended services for the air conditioner and also for the type of furnace air filter I should use.

The technician Garfield did a good job with the AC tuneup.

Would have been nice if the company told me about the combined AC and furnace tuneup option.

We have just renewed for our fourth year our Air Conditioner/Furnace maintenance plan with Aire Serv. They do the all the work from scheduling the appointments to showing up on time; to providing recommendations and completing the job. Over this time period we have had the pleasure of dealing with Garfield as our onsite technician and his service is second to none. 7 business days to order a new Motor from the USA and deliver to my home and 30-35 mins to install.

Cost of Motor shipped is about $ 700 Cdn, so the remaining is the labor.

Excessive labour charges in my opinion. Even my Lawyer is cheaper on an hourly basis.

My air conditioning unit was not working efficiently. Garfield came out to service it the same day. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He comes into the house with his "booties" and is very respectful of my house. He arrived exactly as scheduled. I'm so happy to have an air conditioner that is working well during this heat wave. I would recommend this company and will be taking out a service plan so that I will have regular service maintenance on my air conditioner and furnace moving forward.
