Service was awesome. I was especially pleased with the office emailing me a picture of the tech that would be coming to my house. What a great idea and very much put me at ease.
The tech was informative and was able to show me what was wrong and present options. I choose to replace my AC. The office advise me when the unit would be in and scheduled a time for the install. Tech was on time. The install went great. They cleaned up after themselves.
I was extremely pleased with the service and would recommend AireServ to my family and friends.
