I have a flat roof over my garage that has leaked for several years causing a mould problem in the walls. I have tried to find a company that does flat roof work, but many declined. I finally spoke to Denis at Alps...he came out within a day, took measurements and gave me a very fair quote In the fall which he honoured this spring. I ended up getting 4 contractors to bid and chose Alps...I could not be happier with that decision. Denis and team showed up on short notice and did a great job. They worked a 12-hour day the first day and completed the job in 2 days...they were friendly, dedicated, and very professional. At the end of day 1, they cleaned up completely so there was no mess on my driveway. If I have another roofing project, I wouldn’t bother getting other quotes...I will call Alps Roofing.

Our old IKO 25 year shingles didn't last 18 years and our roof was leaking in spots.
We were promptly given a very reasonable quote and our roof was tarped until the work could be started.

I have had issues with snow sliding off my metal roof after a heavy snow fall and a few days of sunny/warm weather. Denis was able to design a custom snow guard to prevent the snow from sliding off all at once. The guard looks great and does the job. He was the only contractor that was interested in this job and I'm happy he was. If you need a roofing guy, Denis is your man!

Replaced everything but joists. Proper slope is made. One additional rain drain installed. New skylight installed.
