They work hard on solving our problem for many weeks. They showed up on site until most of the job was complete. We were very satisfied, but I we have tried to reach them for quite a while now to to finish the job they promised they would finish, but no answer to phone calls, no room on voicemail, and no replies to our texts.

We called OFC for emergency service at our house to manage major water infiltration in the basement due to heavy and ongoing rain and snow melting at beginning of April 2017 in the Clarence Creek area. Ahmad returned my call faster than any other company I called. He came the following morning and had his crew on site to dig around the house and investigate. This was a very complicated and multi-problem kind of job. The weather conditions couldn't have been worse. We decided to change the french drain and install a new sum pit to drain water stuck (hydrostatic pressure) under the house. Major work! Ahmad and Laurence were very responsive to all our comments, concerns and suggestions during the whole process. They did not hesitate to do more work than planned to make sure all issues we brought up were resolved in the best possible way and to our satisfaction. In the midst of a very traumatic and exhausting experience that lasted 34 days, the whole team stayed in a good and optimistic mood and they made a truly bad situation better. They always went a few steps further than what we expected to make sure things were done right and to relieve our stress. I have read a review that Amhad did not return his calls promptly, but I texted him repeatedly day and night and he reacted and responded quickly everytime. Laurence and Ahmad are very strict on details and quality. My husband and I are very sastified with their work and behavior during this ordeal. Definitely a 10.
