Our basement outside wall was cracked. I went on line to look at companies to fix it and I did my research. As it turned out someone I knew had used OFC and was very happy with them. I like to go by referrals so I went ahead. Jason was right on time, a very knowledgeable, calming, person, right to the point . They started the work right away after we agreed on the cost. As the guy was filling the cracks he noticed some very tiny hairline ones and decided it best to fill those as well. Again we agreed on a price and said to go ahead. He also added a small crack as he went for free. So in my mind that is good service and would make me recommend them to others. Job well done and cleaned up, as well as the warranty which really sold us on using OFC.
