Bigelow Construction

We just completed a major renovation (‘gut job’) with Sam from Bigelow Construction. To say we are thrilled with the outcome is an understatement. Sam has many good qualities but I would rank honest and forthcoming as the most important since they seem to be a rarity in this business. The project involved complete gutting of a three story town home in the heart of downtown Toronto. We wanted a high end look so we can get good rental income but we didn’t want to break the bank. The outcome is stunning. Sam worked pretty independently with his trades. He updated us regularly but didn’t need us to push him to do things or be on top of him. He worked diligently to get the project done in a timely manner. The quality of his work is excellent. Overall, we are thrilled with him and his work and would definitely hire him again for future jobs.
