The employees did their best to deliver good service.They were hardworking and friendly.I was disappointed that the truck arrived late.I had arranged for the truck to LEAVE with driver at 730. He showed up at work at 730and likely was 815 before leaving. His route could have been better planned as he drove through Barrie which was very busy and an alternate route would have been faster. As a result the truck arrived in Collingwood 1 hour behind schedule and we were very rushed in Toronto.I also was paying 2 men to wait for my driver and we could not even unload until 3 when he finally docked etc.I tried hard to plan the move well but in the end the cost was higher due largely to this fact.I was unimpressed with the $30 administration fee added to my bill.Total money grab.Should all business be charging an administration fee!
