Furnace Replacement - Unbeatable Service
Our Carrier furnace broke after 15 years. We needed to replace the furnace immediately especially when my wife is 8 months pregnant. We called Reliance, Enercare, and Costco. All three provided a ridiculous cost and poor service package. I searched online and came across Martino Contracting on Homestars. I read the positive reviews and decided to call them.
The sales rep, Adam, was extremely helpful and very patient with us. We asked Adam about 3,000 questions and he answered them all without any signs of frustration. When Adam provided us with the quote, the service package, and the warranty on the Goodman furnace, we could not believe it. The package also included EcoBee3 smart thermostat, which was a sweet bonus. As soon as we signed the papers, we had Todd and Jordan the next day install the furnace for us.
They did a wonderful and a professional job with the installation. They even cleaned the area after the installation was completed! Right after the installation of the furnace was complete, we had Dan come over to complete the installation of the EcoBee3 smart thermostat. Dan was professional and answered all our questions on how to setup the thermostat, especially on our phones.
I must say that I very rarely come across a Canadian company who is truly genuine in servicing their customers. Their number one priority is customer satisfaction, to which they have achieved successfully. I wish other organizations whose number one priority is revenue and money to learn from these guys. I will definitely recommend Martino Contracting to family and friends. Thank you Adam, Todd, Dan, and Jordan for a job well done!
