Extremely happy with the care and service we received during our home inspection. Dan showed up early and starting using his thermo reader which provided us valuable information on the home. He gave us detailed feedback on every area of the house and how to maintain areas of the house that were lacking or needed attention. We would recommend him to anybody!!

Our inspector was fabulous. He was super knowledgeable about EVERY aspect of the house we were looking to purchase. He gave us pointers about to go care for the systems we unsure of. He pointed out even the smallest imperfections with the home for us to see. He took the time to explain house a house should run so we could better manage any heating/cooling system. Our inspector was also super personable. The kind of guy you'd have over for dinner. Just in chatting, we could tell he has worked in the construction field for years. Helpful for this sort of thing. I have used AccuHome Inspections and recommend them to clients. We used them for an inspection for a client to figure out where leaks were due to ice damming on the roof. Dan came in and assessed the situation carefully and gave plenty of knowledgeable information to the homeowner about the problem. Dan and Pam are pleasant to work with. We will continue using them and highly recommend them.

Dan and Pam were incredibly professional and provided excellent customer service. Dan provided great advice throughout the inspection. As a first time real estate investor I now feel confident to make well informed decisions due to everything I learned from Dan. I will use them again and again.

We found that the Inspection missed items that should have been located during the inspection and were found by us later on. These items are ones that we would consider "noticeable" and although some obvious items were identified there were others that were completely missed ( but should have not been missed during a proper inspection). We also felt that the inspector spent less time than should have been spent based on the size of the home and perhaps was rushing. I would not consider the Inspection good value for the money spent.

The home inspector did cover most of the house. However, he did not check the roof appropriately. On the day of the inspection, the snow was melting, but there wasn't much snow on the rooftop. He says it was wet and too slippery to go up onto the roof. As a result, he used a camera on a pole to take pictures of the roof instead. He failed to detect that there was roof damage. For the past few days, rain was pouring and the water dripped into the house carpet. I hired a roof technician to see how to solve the problem and he says it was apparent while he was just standing on the ladder that the people who did the roof did a poor job.

A little on the pricey side but for Service none could compare. Durring the purchase of our home we called them up and they came the next day. The day after we recieved a 30 page booklet outlining all of the home's attributes and its defficiencies. Color photo's thermo scans, and everything else that you could want to make an informed decision.
