Roy gave me an appraisal based on the photos I had submitted. He came, in person ,to assess the furniture at the promised time. Because of my building's rules, he had to return to take away the furniture. He and Kevin ,pleasantly returned and removed the goods. He had interesting fabrics from which to choose. In 2 weeks ,MINUS A DAY,they returned the finished products.Every piece surpasses my hopes; they are all restructured to ensure comfort beyond what they ever provided. This illustrates Roy's true craftsmanship. The fabric looks great. The entire experience rates a 10 out of 10. Mary
