I had a bedroom window installed during COVID and while I was very happy with the quality of the window, the trim installation was not satisfactory. It took a while for Ecotech to design and manufacture a new piece but they came through for me.

Ecotech is the most disorganized, incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I had a window installed 18 months ago that was poorly done by their installer. It remains unfinished. Six months ago they promised to fix it and I believed them. I have dealt with three customer/service managers in this time and still there is no acceptable resolution. They blame the problem on the guy who is no longer there. I signed a contract, which they have not honoured. Their customer-focused service is nonexistent and their installers are either incompetent or misinformed. Do NOT do business with Ecotech; they do not stand behind their product.

I had a bedroom window installed that had some tricky wood trim requirements. The installer didn't do a satisfactory job; however, the company is taking care of it and is having a custom piece of trim built to perfectly fit the window.
