Ecotech has a great product and excellent Installers who do a great job. Ecotech Also takes customer satisfaction very serious and strives to make their customers happy. Overall I am pleased with Ecotech.

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Toronto

Ecotech Customer service is terrible! They don't return calls, they miss appointments and don't stand behind their work until you get mad. Once they took our Deposit they were very slow to book a Measurement appointment. The installers we had were excellent. However when we needed them to come back for a minor repair they once again missed appointments and customer service was terrible and unresponsive or made excuses for not coming. Go with somebody else there are plenty of options.
