I had basement windows, L. Room window & 2 entrance doors replaced. Work was done in one day and few days later I did proper inspection. Found that 2 of the old windows were left behind in the back of the house, all the stickers left on the windows and doors and the staples in the front entrance door still showing. Six weeks later i notices that I could see the light through the weatherstrip in both doors & that is when I called ecotech. After first called I was told they will call me back shortly but did not, on my second call I was told they will call me next day in the morning & did not. Called them 3rd time & talked to the same person that supposed to call me back twice. Nicole asked me to send them a picture of the problem (light coming through the weatherstrip) because that is their protocol to respond to complaints. After the lengthy argument I was told to call tomorrow earlier because her day is over (It was after 1600 by then ) and She hung up on me without any extra words.

Your sales representative has already visited your home to take pictures of the work that was completed and we will be sending out a service person shortly to fix the weatherstripping and pin holes. As these are very minor issues they should be fixed very quickly, just a matter of assessing and scheduling our service department. If you experienced any delay it is only because the issues were reported about a month after installation and this is our busiest time of the year. Giving our company a 1 out of 10 review is not a fair assessment of our service as you were initially very pleased with the overall work and product. Please consider changing your review score to a more realistic value according to the work we have done and service we have provided.
