Our home has had drainage problems ever since we bought it 18 years ago. The builder returned twice to try to fix the grading, but its solution was inadequate. The city's engineering department approved the inadequate grading and the problem festered for years until the footing under the garage began to sink and cracks appeared in the brickwork. We contacted local engineering companies and law firms, but they didn't want to be involved because they had business relationships with either our builder or the city who approved the substandard work. We were at a complete loss about what to do until we were put in touch with Jakub at Corcon. For the first time, we were given a clear path to solving the problem. He set out time lines and costs that his company adhered to conscientiously. The men who completed the work were exceptionally courteous and professional. Our contractor who was doing work on the interior of our house at the time also commented on how exceptional the crew was. Not only did Jakub and his company do exactly what they promised, but they also bought us new deck furniture and a barbecue for the deck that they built for us after they had corrected the drainage problems! We cannot say enough about this company and its workers. They have our highest recommendation!!
