I called on a Friday morning and they were booked up until Monday morning but said they would call me if there was a cancellation
Less than an hour later they called and said they could come right over as there had been a cancellation
After diagnosis, the tech determined that he did not have the part but there was one at a supplier across town where a colleague was on a call and would pick it up
The colleague came with the part and installed
Job finished by mid afternoon
That is service and they will continue to get my business
