We were very pleased with our home inspection last Friday. As a first time home buyer, there is a lot of unknowns. Mike was able to provide a lot of insight and gave us peace of mind. He was very thorough and we appreciate the great job he did.

My wife and I are both extremely impressed with the service Mike provided. Not just from the inspection, but from all the follow up emails and phone calls to help us with our tile issue. Our home (built in 2011) began leaking water though the California ceiling in our kitchen. We were beside ourselves and phoned Heeley Home Inspections. Mike arrived quickly and immediately located the source of the leak using his IR scanner. He shared the images with us and we were confident he had found the source of the leak. To be 100% sure Mike also surveyed the attic, roof and various other rooms. Mike was courteous, thorough and most importantly - accurate.
