Mike was very professional and thorough. We bought a near 30 years old house at Waterloo and it is our first house. He took the time to explain everything to us in easy to understand terms. He let us follow around him when he did the inspection and explained all the details.He also took pictures when he found any issue. The report he gave us afterward includes these pictures and recommended actions. It is extremely useful and well made. Both us and our realtor (who is a seasoned realtor) were impressed by his professionalism and attention to details. I highly recommend him for your home inspection. He is professional and trustworthy!
