Mike was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. You want a home inspection to be incredibly thorough. His was. I have had several inspections, and his was the most thorough I've seen. You want the inspector to be able to clearly communicate with you. Mike translated all of the usual jargon and lingo into understandable terms, and attached potential costs to almost everything he talked about, which is so helpful. Finally, his report was in my inbox the next day by 10 am. You can't beat that.
