I recently used Mike's service for 1 year inspection of my new home. He did an amazing job. He caught at least 2 critical issues that were missed during the previous inspection by another company.
I followed Mike around while he was doing the inspection. You can tell based on his actions and the way he explains things, he is not just doing it as a job...it is his passion.
Well worth the investment and I know in my case I would be saving thousands of dollars and also have peace of mind that a thorough inspection was done.
