Mike is a very thorough inspector, always early and always in a good mood. He has inspected three properties for us now and has been more then helpful every time. His reports are clear and precise on what should be done to keep your next home at its best. I strongly recommend Mike and would not use another inspection company for years to come. He advised us not to buy a problematic home which otherwise could have turned into a real nightmare instead of a dream home.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Offer a paper bonded copy of the report for people who may not be familiar with technology. I don't personally need this but might be something some people would like as an option.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Call Mike to inspect before you buy.
