A very good and affordable Home Inspector, especially for those doing this for the first time. Mike highlights all issues, big or small, and gives you an idea of the severity. The home we are buying is older and he made it very clear what our priorities should be after we move in. The report we received is detailed and the pictures he provides are very helpful.
