An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Mike from Heeley Home Inspections was a pleasure to work with.......Twice!
On both inspection day's, Mike was at least 30min early and was well under-way with the exterior portions of the inspection.
Upon my arrival, Mike had met with me and gone over the exterior findings, complete with knowledge, ideas, and proactive measures on what he had noted. This great service was continuous throughout the whole 3 hour home inspection. The final inspection report was available for review within 24 hours of the inspection being completed. The report is very comprehensive, yet easy to digest for all elements noted top to bottom of the inspection property.
Being in the construction background myself, it was great to see an individual who takes such pride in his work, and provides such great customer service. I would not hesitate in requesting Mike's services for a Third time!, and I trust all reviews noted on this website would feel the same way. Heeley Home Inspections will be operating for many years to come.
