This was our 1st ever home inspection, & Mike was truly fantastic. He arrived early to inspect the outside of the house, so that when I arrived, we could quickly run through his findings, which was much appreciated since it was -25 that day. Mike was very thorough & looked at all sorts of details that I would never have thought of. As 1st time home buyers, Mike was particularly patient in explaining findings, the consequences & suggesting corrections, plus answering our questions. The report is very detailed, with photos & timelines for addressing findings. We felt very comfortable with Mike; he is very knowledgeable & experienced, friendly & professional.
