Blind Replacement
I called to get my blinds replaced, I was and am willing to pay for the replacement and wasn't looking for waranty. As I had an animal damage one of the blinds. I was ignored fully by both Kamal and the other employee, they told me they would get back to me and never did. They still have yet to reach out to me and it's been over a month. I will not recommend this service, and will actively go out of my way to tell people how awful this service was. Including tweeting it out to my 18 thousand mostly local Twitter Followers.
