Ber-cool designed and installed a complete HVAC system for a new build. The installation seemed ok but it turned out to be a disasterous design. The response from the top at Ber-Cool was to blame the house design and do whatever they could to sign us up for a very expensive maintenance contract. They could never figure out how to get the system working. Fortunately I found another firm that fixed all the non-design problems right away and has proactively maintained the system ever since for a fraction of what Ber-cool wanted. Unfortunately some of the fundamental design problems they caused can never be repaired.
