i have used Arthur and his team at Roof Whisperer before and was very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. i have recently used them to repair and replace a complicated cedar shingling job and once again they did not disappoint. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy professional who does excellent work.

We have an open deck with skylights that was leaking. A new shingle rool with a rain shield backing had not stopped the leak. Ilir recommended a flat roof covering since the slope was not steep enough for shingles. We also purahced new 'no leak' skylights. The quote was detailed with links to the manufacturers so we could check the materials. The job was done in a day, and clean-up was complete. We are pleased with the results - it looks great and is now leak free.

I did not know what to expect, having relied upon Homestars alone. The Roof Whisperer was terrific. The telephone call back was very quick. Arthur showed up at the house to view a repair that day. His men showed up when they said they would and the work was very good. The men cleaned up spotlessly. Very satisfied indeed with the work and overall experience. It has been a pleasure working with Arthur and his team. This company has been professional, timely, and the front end office staff was very communicative. They met our expectations and went out of the way to do small things that improved our house and demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. For example, they patched a small hole in old siding that we were not having replaced, and improved the downspouts. When a very minor problem occurred, Arthur was more than willing to work together to resolve the issue in a way that exceeded our expectations. I became aware that my roof was leaking after the big storm that hit the GTA earlier this month. I contacted 3 roofing companies for estimates. The Roof Whisperer was the first to provide a reasonable quote and a date when the work could be completed. Within a week the roof had been repaired and the shingles match very closely to the existing ones. They did exactly what they said they would do, which was a great relief to me. When the roof needs replaced, I will be contacting the Roof Whisperer without hesitation.

I was very happy with my experience with this company. They were very responsive and helpful when I called, and sent Arthur over to give me a quote the next day. Arthur was really friendly and very professional. The work was done quickly and he did a great job. Great cleanup too: when I got home from work there was no sign that they'd even been there at all, except for the new skylight. They sent a painter over the next day to finish up the interior. I was billed exactly what I was quoted. Great company and I'd definitely recommend them!

It has been a rainy season and recently, I noticed a small leak in a bedroom that indicated a roof issue. I have not owned the home long, but I could tell by the evidence on the ceilings that there were some other spots with small past or present leaks as well.
