Rented 2 100lb propane tanks and a regulator. I returned one of the tanks then 2 months later the other one and regulator. Upon returning the items the fella tells me he has no invoice pad and to take his word for it that everything is settled and the account will be closed. I said no i want a paper trail. Gives me a piece of paper signed and dated with items returned. Roughly 3 months later i get a call from stinson saying i owe 700$ to replace the items not returned. Lucky i took pictures of the piece of paper. I sent the picture and i was reassured everything will be taken care of. 3 months after that i get a call from collections u owe 700$ plus fees. I said no call stinson and verify cause this already has been dealt with 1 year and 2 months later i find out im still in collections for the matter and has destroyed my credit. No saying sorry or any discounts nothing. I even called back to verify everthing was in order and given a hard time from the collections lady from stinson like i was inconvinencing her. What a slap in the face! All the missed oportunities cause bad credit and i get a kick in the bum and treated like scum. Terrible customer service and will not ever again use them for any of my companies projects. This is unacceptable and existing or futur customers should take my experience into concideration.
