I normally don't write reviews, but in this case I have too. From the very beginning of my contact with them the service was quick, friendly, professional and their follow up is excellent. They did exactly what they said they would! Customer service provided by Holly was tremendous! Techs were on time, efficient and very knowledgeable. Would I use them again? When my liner needs replacing in a few year, I will only call Vinyl Masters!

Stairs in pool resurfaced, new liner

We opened to learn our stairs had failed and would need to be repaired prior to opening the pool. The team at Vinyl Masters jumped on it the same day with responding phone calls, site visit and quote. We are 110% satisfied.

We wanted to thank you for the wonderful job you did in fixing our pool. I was in it for the first time today and what a treat and enjoyable experience it was. It’s nice and reassuring to know there is still an elite group of talented people in the industry that can get the job done right and fix someone else’s mistakes.

Fix tear in pool winter cover

Tear occurred in vinyl lock-in winter pool cover. VinylMasters were contacted. Communication was mostly by email.
A picture of the problem area was sent, an estimate given and a date for repair arranged. The workers arrived as scheduled and the repair affected. Well done.

As a business owner, I know the value of customer service, quality control and truly standing behind your product/services. It is all we have the separates us from our competitors.
Scott with Vinyl masters was exceptional, he was accommodating, on time, ran a great crew of guys and didn’t finish the job until it was done exactly right.
I highly recommend this company to anybody looking to resurface a swimming pool.

True professionals at what they do. Entire staff are great to deal with.
Give Scott a call when replacing an indroumd liner, or having your stairs refinished.
