Everything was wonderful from start to finish. I contact multiple window companies for quotes and chose WINDOWS BY INSTALLER . I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made. The windows arrived in the timeframe that they said they would. I was worried due to covid they would arrive late. I was initially told that it would take two days for instillation the guys finished in 1 day. Everyone was very professional. Really happy that I chose WINDOWS by INSTALLER .

Delivery was excellent, we're very pleased with our new backdoor and window, fitting no problems, instructions good. We'll be needing some more windows soon and will come back again. Would 100% recommend.

We had our house broken into, and one of our external doors was broken. The doors was destroyed and we need the doors replaced.
The team did a great job. They sent the experienced person over to help with the measure. Even though the job was small, he took his time and made sure we got the right doors. The doors arrived about 2 weeks later and the installers came and did a fantastic job also. The were kind and did a great job of cleaning up the mess and even hauled off the old doors free of charge It was just great service all the way around and would recommend them to my friends.

Though I did not have hail damage to my windows I decided to replace them at this time because several had already lost their seal and it seemed like the right time. I had 6 single, 2 double & 1 triple windows plus to fixed glass windows replaced. What amazed me was they were able to remove & install all of them in one day. I was told that since the siding people would replace the window trim and they did not have to do that, they were able to finish my job in one day. I only had to take one day off work for this whole project. I love the windows.

Competitive pricing. Few extras like 272 glass included vs competitors.
Installers arrived on the day set and put tarpa down to help protect and collect the large amount of dust etc when tearing out 7 windows and a patio door.
Company needs a web site and office doesn't always respond ad quick as should but my sales rep (Inna) was always quick to reply.
I would reccomend them and if we replace rest of the windows we will call them for a quote again.

Stay away from them...Took the deposit and increased the price by more than 30%, having hard time getting my deposit of $3,600 back. Weird customer service, no response to phone calls,

Stay away from them! Something simple like changing a rubber seal on a window that’s leaking air and fixing a weather strip is enough for them not to answer the phone and nobody replies to emails.
Initially I called and told John about the issues, he told me to take a few pictures and send it to him and it’s been 3 weeks now and no one from that company contacted me and wouldn’t pick up the phone when I call and leave voice mail. It’s a shame that they even exist, it’s not how you do business. I would never recommend them!

I am satisfied with this company's workmanship and pricing. I replaced 4 windows + frame for my townhouse and the experience was great. The 2 Ukrainian guys worked very hard and fast. They cleaned up and respected my property. I recommend this company.

I needed to replace 3 windows on the second floor in downtown Toronto and the experience was painless and very professional. Some companies won't venture into the city because of traffic and parking but despite the challenging access, their team of professionals made it look easy.
They recommended the type of window based on my needs and were able to manufacture and install within the quoted timeframe at a competitive price. I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend Windows by Installer to my friends and family.

I will keep this short and simple. Amazing work. DRASTIC DIFFERENCE !

I called these guys thinking I'd get a your over priced quote. NO! It was very fair. Almost hard to believe.

A few weeks later the installers came. Instantly got to work and spent 6 hours. I left for work and came back to a completely different house! I'm very happy with the work. I recommend you get your windows painted for an extra $300 it will add some character and is worth the added cost.
