Stay away from them! Something simple like changing a rubber seal on a window that’s leaking air and fixing a weather strip is enough for them not to answer the phone and nobody replies to emails. Initially I called and told John about the issues, he told me to take a few pictures and send it to him and it’s been 3 weeks now and no one from that company contacted me and wouldn’t pick up the phone when I call and leave voice mail. It’s a shame that they even exist, it’s not how you do business. I would never recommend them!
