Ken was fabulous, he was prompt, right after I contacted the company for a quote, realistic and did not try to oversell me. He also suggested a very nice style to add some oomph to my very plain mid town Toronto home. I had a bay window and two floor to ceiling bedroom windows that were in dire need of replacement. Zhan and Slava were the installers, delightful, worked hard and were extremely neat. I'm thrilled with the results, and will be calling them again to replace another six windows this spring. I did call Windows by Installer for the remaining windows in June and they did a superlative job--again. Trusted, reliable, clean and professional.
