The whole experience went very well. Alex was our salesman. He came and met me at our home after work, and discussed what we wanted and the variety in pricing for different types. We then met him at the showroom so that we could see the window first hand. Throughout the process he was very professional and easy to work with. Their pricing was not the lowest, and not the highest, but we felt that they were the most cost competitive. My spouse has a little bit of a background in windows, and they were able to answer all the specific questions asked. We received the windows we wanted at a good price. The installation process went very well. The guys were very professional, and meticulous in their work. They cleaned up after themselves, and put things back where they belonged. In an older home I know that everything is not square, and they had to work to make sure things fit properly, but they took the time to do the job right. The only negative was they left some of the cigarette butts on the ground outside, but that was very minor, after we mentioned it to them they apologized and quickly cleaned it up. Everything was very professional. They were on time, neat, and professional.
