Windows By Installer

Our house is 35 years old, with original windows. The
windows on the west side take the full force of the weather, and thus were in
need of replacements. We wanted maintenance free windows with a new grille
design. We decided to visit Windows by Installers and
found the visit very pleasant. The store had ample examples, and the staff was
very friendly and helpful. No hard sell.
After review of the literature, and more thought, we decide
to have a window and door specialist out. He took measurements and explained
every aspect of the replacement from ordering through installation. Afterwards
we felt Window City windows were the right fit for us and we placed the order.
The windows arrived sooner than anticipated and were quickly
scheduled for installation. The installation crew was very professional,
knowledgeable about their craft, and considerate of our property and the final
appearance. They were on time for the installation and easily finished within
the time given by the window and door specialist. After installation they
performed a walk-through review to make sure everything was to our satisfaction
and we understood the operation and care of the windows. This was followed by a
visit by the sales manager (Alex) to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
The bottom line is that we had a very good experience, and
think the windows are great, including being very nice looking.
You may pay a little more for Window City than other windows on
the market, but for a quality window and being hassle free from beginning to
end it is well worth it.
