Alex was very prompt and professional He followed through on all commitments. The crew he brought was courteous and completed the job with a minimum of disruption and mess. Alex supervised all aspects of the job. We were skeptical that all 10 windows could be completed in one day but they finished a couple of hours early. No surprises during the job that added to the bottom line (as we have had with some contractors) We have had no reason to call them back, everything went is as we hoped. Alex had experience and was very helpful working with us on the Energy Savings program. I would definitely recommend Windows By Installer for anyone looking to replace their windows.
