Price was obviously a great factor, but service was outstanding all the way through. had one little hiccup with a factory goof-up but Alex immediately brought in new hardware and fixed it still inside of delivery date. then, the "top it all off" was that I missed my flight home (the day i was to pick them up), meaning they would be closed. Alex gave me his cell phone, told me to call when i landed. He met me at the office at 6pm on a weekend so could start installing that sunday. talk about extra mile, honestly can't wait to do the rest of the house so i can get more windows.
worked remodels for my father for 15+ yrs, dealt with many suppliers....this was one the outstanding ones, I will do more work with Alex and his team and you should also!
