Called to enquire about a cracked window that was installed by Windows by Installer in 2018 (an $11,000 job) and whether or not it was under warranty (which it should be). I was told to text pictures to the number I called only to find out after I sent them that it was a landline. I called back again and this time they asked me to email the pictures and provided me with an incorrect email address. Called back multiple times and kept getting a message saying the number was unavailable (seems like the phone is switched off often). My husband tried calling to follow up and was provided the correct email and was told we’d hear back soon. We’ve made several attempts to contact them again and have heard nothing back. Communication and customer service have been terrible. We would not recommend using this company.
