Scotty is a complete professional. He’s very thorough and completed my job exactly as I requested. Scotty explained the whole procedure to me in great detail which I appreciated. He was on time and his work was perfect.

After thorough research of various companies, I hired Gord's Electric to complete several electrical projects. Scott called me to discuss the work, which included replacing outdoor lights, installing a new receptacle in the garage, and replacing a ceiling fan in the kitchen. I was impressed by the fact that Scott wanted me to send him photos of the various items to ensure that they would meet specs. Scott is thoroughly professional, very efficient, and very friendly. When all of the work could not be completed in one visit, Scott promptly installed a temporary lamp in the kitchen, which proved to be very satisfactory until his next visit. I am completely impressed with Scott's work, and will hire Gord's Electric again in the future!

Scott upgraded my 100 amp panel to a 200 amp panel, installed a Whole Surge protector, moved and upgraded one receptacle and added 3 additional circuits. The smaller jobs were done as separate estimates. Though a one man shop, his invoices were detailed enough to understand what was done. Parts were separated from labour on the invoice and the hourly rate was given when asked for.

On the panel upgrade, he asked for a deposit to cover the parts and when it was discovered that a few parts did not need to be replaced, the final invoice was adjusted.

He responded to all of my texts and emails in a timely business manner, and answered some extra detailed questions. Sometimes, he phoned and verbally clarified to ensure the proper interpretation of our communication. When recording his time, he was transparent and informative.

Scott was meticulous, thorough and neat in all of the work he did.

I am very pleased with the work Scott did and if needed would hire him again.

There were a few prep , non- electrical actions, I was able to do to lessen Scott's time on the job.

Do note that when Scott is on the clock, on site keep your own non-business talk to a minimum as his time is your money. Scott will Not engage you in small talk to earn more however if you initiate, he will be polite and listen and chat.

Scotty as usual was professional. He fixed our wiring situation and installed a pod light quickly and efficiently. Thanks again Scotty.

Scott was prompt, Courteous, explained all costs up front - no hidden costs, COVID-19 ready and careful, explained the job eg. what was needed and why during the work, and responded to all messages left in a timely fashion. He will be our go to for electrical jobs moving forward - pleasure to work with him.

The ceiling fan in my living room stopped functioning with the remote control. Scott came and took a look at the situation and determined that a new remote and receiver were needed. He went and picked up the parts and came and efficiently installed the equipment and everything is working fine now. Scott works in a friendly and efficient manner.

Scott is very knowledgeable and he took the time to educate me about everything that needed to be done. The work was done with quality and timeliness. I will not hesitate to use and to recommend Gord's Electric.
