Taras replaced 6 windows in the front of my home in 2011 & completed the work in 1 day, I love the new windoiws and asked him back again this year to replace the rest of the windows today. Taras quoted me a extremely reasonable price and the quality of his workmanship was exceptional. I also asked him to repair the dormer on my garage roof, which looks wonderful. Taras does quality workmanship and takes pride in the work he completes. I am so pleased I have asked him to come back in the fall and replace the trim on my double garage door and also replace the bathtub in one of my washrooms with a walkin shower. We were impressed with Terry’s professionalism and efficiency. He measured 16 windows and we ordered based on his measurements. All 16 windows were replaced one by one in one day and fit like a glove. The old windows were loaded on the truck, so no clean up for us. This was the quickest reno we’ve done to date with no mess in the house. The outside caulking was done on day 2. We’ve saved $700 in gas bills over one year thanks to new windows and Terry’s diligent measurement and installation. There were no surprises in terms of extra costs, which was refreshing after having dealt with other contractors.
Taras promptly returns phone calls and shows up on the day agreed. He takes pride in his work, so the job is always done to perfection whether the client is looking over the shoulder or not. We’ve recommended him to our friends on numerous occasions. They only had good things to say about his work.

I just had FINEST TOUCH IMPROVEMENTS in to do install of a custom tempered frameless shower glass system. Professionalism at it's best. We are very happy with the work done. We ordered all veranda windows and doors based on the measurements taken by Taras. As he was installing the windows they were falling into places like a puzzle without making any adjustments. The price quote per square foot was very reasonable. There were no surprises in terms of extra costs, which was refreshing after having dealt with other contractors. Not only is the end product pleasing to the eye but is very sound structurally. The job was done within the promised time lines. Now our house front door is shielded from blowing slow, low and high temperatures and we now have some extra storage for stroller, sleight and kids bicycles.

Absolutely pleased with our choice of the company as a general contractor for bathroom and kitchen renovation. As it typically happens with 50 year old houses, cosmetic renovation can easily turn into full scale project with astronomical time and cost overruns. Boy, am I glad we selected this company! After demolition of old bathroom and kitchen we realized that the framing, wiring, plumbing and pretty much everything else had to be gutted and replaced. Guys were kind-hearted enough to do all extra work within original budget, we ended up paying only for additional materials. And their original quote was the most reasonable one!
Another thing to mention is a quality of work. Cutting corners is a typical stance nowadays, so I was quite impressed to see perfectionist attitude.
Last but not the least is punctuality. When people deliver everything promised on schedule, show up on time not only to collect cheque, but to do the work as well - it speaks volumes.
I'm usually quite cranky giving people positive feedback, especially when it comes to dealing with reno contractors, but these guys deserve all the credits and pat on the back. Strongly recommend!
