Angel Movers & Storage Ltd

I was moving at 37 weeks pregnant and needed someone who would be sensitive to my situation as well as do the packing for me. Anna at the helpline was super kind to me and not only did give me moving tips but also tips on motherhood. It was indeed sweet of her. The 2 movers who came to help were very nice and did not let me pick up the smallest of bags. They did all my packing in less time than initially estimated as well as were efficient in the move and unpacking as well. There were issues with the loading area in my destination building but they were very accommodating and worked around a repair schedule that was on going t the delivery site. I would most definitely want to use them again if even I need them. The entire process was very smooth, efficient,professional and humane.

The good - Anna in Customer Service was great to deal with, and Johan's estimate was right on the money - we did in fact need two trucks. The team worked tirelessly from very early to late (almost 12 hours all in), and were friendly and polite.
The bad - Johan called me the night before to talk about the logistics of the two trucks, and having been packing and prepping I was not really in the headspace for that - if he felt I needed to be updated, I would have preferred he call with a recommendation versus working through it with me over the phone.
The ugly - nothing too major, really. A few dings here and there, heavy boxes on top of boxes marked "Fragile", labelled boxes out of place, some random missing parts - pretty standard. My biggest issue was that the team carried everything on their back, but there were some storage boxes that should not have been carried that way and I found some items had fallen out. Did I find them all?
Overall, a far superior experience to our last move with one of the big names, so I would definitely recommend them.
PS - they seemed to enjoy the Swiss Chalet lunch as a change from pizza!

First was our family home and now used them to move my office. Highly recommend them since they are punctual, efficient and very experienced! Also office manager (Anna) helps organize everything so you don’t have to worry about anything!

I hadn't moved in about 17 years - Johan's team (shout out to Darren and his guys) couldn't have been better! Organized, hard-working, intelligent, focused men who don't flinch at anything. I moved about 80km away, and I couldn't believe how fast these guys had my house packed up and were on the way to our destination. Everything was packed really well (the truck looked like a rubic's cube when they were done); they had everything unpacked and in place in no time. Anna in the office is so pleasant and easy to work with; Johan visited my home and gave me a very accurate estimate prior to the move - no surprises. These people know their stuff, and they can be proud of their work. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I would like to give Angle Movers a great and positive I have done lots of move in my life , but nothing comes even close to the one i did yesterday, these guys are the best company i ever dealt with or even heard of, they are so nice and professional and time efficient and greatly priced. So i recommend them to any one and every one out there . They are perfect

I have moved 7 times within Toronto (after my initial move here). I've used movers for last 6 of my moves and honestly with Angel Movers, this was my best move to date. Communication with the office staff was easy. The movers arrived on time. The movers arrived with plenty of wardrobe boxes. The movers were friendly, respectful, and moved quickly, but carefully. They took a lot of care with my belongings and they wrapped up all my wood pieces. I would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend to friends. Overall a really great experience.

Angel movers really helped me out in a very stressful situation in my life. I moved to Europe for a semester and I decided to move out of my apartment to save some money. I had to do this move completely remotely with my mother (who is going through eye surgery), find a storage remotely, get everything set up without ever seeing a person. Angel movers has no misnomer of a name, the move went perfectly. They even helped me decide and know what kind of storage I needed and everything fit PERFECTLY. When these guys tell you what kind of storage you will need, listen to them. The team even took a picture for me of all of my stuff nicely and neatly packed. When I come back to Canada you can bet I'm calling them again to move my items into my new home! Shout out of Anne for being the funniest and kindest person I have dealt with over the phone!
