Angel Movers are one of the most professional movers I've ever worked with. From start to finish, the whole team was courteous, caring, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Anna's customer service was prompt and reliable and follow-up was superb. Johan's home visit to provide an estimate was friendly and professional, and I learned a great deal about packing and moving techniques from him. And movers Darryn, Shane and Keva were unfailingly kind, cheerful, efficient and energetic. And, I should mention that everyone has a lovely sense of humour - a key quality in my books! The cost was very reasonable and the quality of service unparalleled, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angel Movers first and foremost to anyone needing the best moving service in the GTA. I have used Angel Movers for my past two moves and have been extremely impressed with them. Their staff, including customer service and movers, are professional, detailed, and thorough.

It was a pleasure working with them. They take the time to understand exactly what is needed and plan and coordinate all moving details. The movers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were careful with all of my items.

They also have arrangements for reasonably-priced storage as needed.

When asked if I know of any good movers, I always suggest Angel Movers, and I'll use them for my next move, too!

In response to the LAME response by Mr. Johan and his company. The only discount we asked for was to save taxes and pay cash lol. Hand to God. It's funny how defensive the company got. Also.... These are 1/3 of the amazing pictures I have. Anyone interested in more feel free to email me at eric.reyes.27@gmail.com. I go by Eric or Mr Reyes. We are appalled at the strong and poor choice of words used by Mr Johan. "Blackmail" is non existent in this case and I have proof and documentation of that as well. Also they tried to refund me $100 dollars which we have yet to receive at John's request to cover the disgusting toilet we had to replace. See pics below. And we also tipped $30 to each driver, plus got them all Double leg dinners from Swiss chalet. So what's that? _50 dollars per driver out of pocket. Does that sound like we were asking for a discount? Lol.........Nice try guys. This is a great platform just to convey our experience. That's all we are doing. Clearly Angel Movers is very concerned about their flawless reviews. But reality is no one is perfect. And we just wish they owned up to their mistakes that day. Most importantly we don't want this to happen to anyone else out there. Believe you me they can keep the $100 dollars. We dished out and took care of his guys. Even after everything that happened. It was a hot day and nonetheless worked hard.

I'll try to keep this short and sweet because my wife and I are still fuming in rage. We had a horrible experience with Angel. Shocking considering they're reviews. They sure know how to charm and sell. But you truly see people's true colours during moments of despair. And let's be real.... The moment of despair was on us as the customer. Not them as the hired company. We had a lots of damaged furniture including our expensive China cabinet. They left after the move.... 2 min later a glass door they assembled back, almost fell on my wife's head. Can't make this up. ... Wait it gets better.... The house we were moving from was left like a bunch of teenagers just had a party. Bottles of water and tape rolls everywhere. A flooded toilet full of crap was left. Turns out one of the workers decides to wipe themselves with Bounty. It gets better........ Missing ratchet set brand new was missing, along with my Golf Shoe Puma bag ( not a typo) was taken. All they left was my golf shoes. All of this was conveyed to to Anna and Johan. Nothing was done about it. They will tell you that they run a tight ship. That Johan checks in on them. But long as money is collected, it's a free for all. We've moved 4 times and this was by far the worst. More so with items that were taken from me. Or should I say disappeared.

I was really impressed with Angel Movers. They arrived promptly, and the move (a two bedroom townhouse) was completed in two hours. The staff were both friendly and professional, and the move went perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for another move.

I used Angel Movers because I watched them move a friend of mine and was duly impressed. They were extremely careful with her items, they were fast, professional, and kind. When I booked them for my move it was more of the same: I had complete confidence that everything would arrive in perfect condition, and the day went without any hiccups. Anna (in the office), and my two movers made what is typically a highly stressful day into--without exaggeration--an easy going day. Highly, highly recommended.

The movers at Angel Movers have always been friendly, and they work at a quick and efficient pace while looking after your belongings. We've had them move us twice, and we've always been happy with their service.

Angel mover's is amazing! I used them twice for relocation and could not be happier with their service! We've had issues (broken elevator for example) for both move and the movers were very patient and nice. I highly recommend them and will hire them again for future move!
