We were thrilled with the service provided by Angel. From start to finish the experience was great. Anna is amazing and went above and beyond to find us a specialist to move our vintage pinball machine. The quote was good and the crew sent on the day of move were polite, clean, efficient and funny! For a stressful day they kept it light and we were able to laugh. Would highly recommend.

Moved in 1 day from a condo to a house. Angel movers quoted me the exact hours, sent a friendly and professional group of movers. Anna at customer service was a pleasure to work with. Price was reasonable, and the overall experience made the stressful day of moving a pleasure.

I had called a few moving companies - to move my mother in laws furniture from her home to her retirement residence, and right from the start Ángel movers were so helpful. Day of the move was a smooth process, especially considering it’s such a big step for my mother in law and emotions were high. The movers handled her belongings with care and were very kind to all of us. Special thanks to Anna, who was so lovely to work with and very helpful. From the first contact with Angel to the end of our move all went well. Anna in the office was patient with questions and concerns and the movers themselves could not have taken more care with our belongings. In fact we could not quite believe how careful they were in wrapping and protecting everything. We will be using them again to move from storage into our new home.

From the friendly front-office staff for booking, to the guys that showed up for the move, it certainly was a heavenly experience. They showed up early and the guys move your stuff very carefully as if they owned it. They were so friendly, it was great to hire people that enjoyed their work.

I had the pleasure of dealing with them over 10 years ago to move from my apartment to my first condo and then again into my house. I used them recenly to move stuff into a storage locker.

During a recent renovation, I went with a moving company that was provided for me by my contractor. I still regret the decision as they were not only unfriendly but damaged many items I valued. Preparing to move from my home of over 32 years was a daunting and overwhelming experience. I was determined to do due diligence to ensure that my movers would be reliable, honest, efficient, and that I would have all the information I needed in writing prior to the move. Having obtained recommendations and verified online reviews, I interviewed and obtained written quotes from 3 companies, ones which agreed to do the moving estimate on site. Angel Movers & Storage was the first, recommended by a neighbour, and with glowing online reviews. Starting with the company owner's on site visit at my home, and follow up with telephone and email contacts with the office administrator, I was impressed with the thorough, comprehensive information I received. I felt confident that I would be making the right choice with this company. I was not disappointed. The three men moving team arrived a bit late due to highway congestion, but called to advise me and showed up eager and ready to work, with smiling faces and friendly hallos. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, with good humour and great teamwork. I really didn't have to do anything but watch as everything fell into place.
Kudos to all the staff involved in my move. I would recommend this company without hesitation, and in fact, have already recommended them to my realty team.

Our family was moving between cities, which is stressful especially with two little kids. We heard about Angel Movers and hired their services. The experience was exceptional, as they were on time, very professional and respectful of all our belongings. Overall the move went smoothly and under original quotation.

Moving is always painful but Angel Movers made the experience as close to pleasant as it can get. Starting with Anna in the office, who talked to our new building security and convinced them to give us double the time for elevators (don't know how she did that-AMAZING) and explained every detail about how the moving day would work. On the day of the move, the 3 guys working that day, were exactly on time and not only were they professional but polite and personable. Not one thing was broken or damaged and they actually took the time to set the furniture where we wanted it, even when we changed our minds. This company has a personal touch to their service and the follow up after the move was just as attentive.

We were downsizing from a town home to a condo, and they made everything a breeze and stress free. I would highly recommend and do business again with them.

Angel Movers more than live up to their 5-star rating and in dealing with them, many things impressed me. First was Anna, the company's customer care agent. Late on a Friday, I was in desperate need of a mover for the following Wednesday morning. I left a message expecting to receive a call on Monday morning, but instead, Anna (the Angel) calls me first thing Saturday morning to set things up for 8:00am Wednesday. I'm impressed. And not only that, but when compared to the nine other companies I contacted, Angel Movers was easily the best bang for the buck, especially seeing that it was a relatively small move, which some companies refused to do.
Come Wednesday morning the Angel Movers arrive with a large, CLEAN truck 15 minutes EARLY for our 8:00am start. Again I'm impressed, especially since I've heard horror stories of movers being 1-3 hours late.
The moving crew of Tyrelle and Darrin, were fantastic. Not only were they polite, courteous and extremely careful, they also worked quickly and had the truck loaded within 45 minutes. They arrived to unload on time for our scheduled elevator 'window' at the retirement home and all furnishings were safely in place in the apartment within an hour. Once again I'm impressed because the total time it took for the move and the final costs were exactly the same as Anna's estimate. Very impressive indeed.
And finally, I appreciated Anna calling after the move was complete to follow up and see if there were any questions or concerns. Overall, the best moving experience I've had and as a result, I highly recommend Angel Movers from start to finish.
