Angel Movers more than live up to their 5-star rating and in dealing with them, many things impressed me. First was Anna, the company's customer care agent. Late on a Friday, I was in desperate need of a mover for the following Wednesday morning. I left a message expecting to receive a call on Monday morning, but instead, Anna (the Angel) calls me first thing Saturday morning to set things up for 8:00am Wednesday. I'm impressed. And not only that, but when compared to the nine other companies I contacted, Angel Movers was easily the best bang for the buck, especially seeing that it was a relatively small move, which some companies refused to do.
Come Wednesday morning the Angel Movers arrive with a large, CLEAN truck 15 minutes EARLY for our 8:00am start. Again I'm impressed, especially since I've heard horror stories of movers being 1-3 hours late.
The moving crew of Tyrelle and Darrin, were fantastic. Not only were they polite, courteous and extremely careful, they also worked quickly and had the truck loaded within 45 minutes. They arrived to unload on time for our scheduled elevator 'window' at the retirement home and all furnishings were safely in place in the apartment within an hour. Once again I'm impressed because the total time it took for the move and the final costs were exactly the same as Anna's estimate. Very impressive indeed.
And finally, I appreciated Anna calling after the move was complete to follow up and see if there were any questions or concerns. Overall, the best moving experience I've had and as a result, I highly recommend Angel Movers from start to finish.
