Johan made a very quick visit and, as it turned out, accurate assessment of our requirements for moving house. Anna was extremely helpful throughout the process, keeping in touch regularly with reminders and giving advice. On moving day, the team turned up on time and helped make the day far less stressful than I had feared. They were all very courteous, worked very hard and were extremely helpful, and were good-humoured the whole day. I was very pleased that we completed the move well within the time estimated by Johan.
