My family and i are with this company for about 2 years. We are renting complete air conditioning and heating system for our house. They replaced our old furnace back in august 2012 which we bundled with air conditioning system. Everything that they did so far was absolute perfection. We never had any problems with equipment or with service and the price is fair. Sometimes when you call them you might wait a bit before talking with representative because they have a lot of customers it seems. They do have unusual way of getting new customers. They are sending door knockers who are trying to get you into buying or renting new equipment. I am not sure why people are complaining because door to door sales is not a new concept and they are just fighting for their piece of the pie. Anyhow, service , equipment and price get 10, while door knockers lose a point for them. Overall 9
