New boiler, hot water tank, rads and rad lines
As a part of our home addition project, Azul Mechanical...
1) replaced our 25 boiler and hot water tank with a new high efficiency boiler and hot water tank. At the same time they relocated the boiler and tank to a more convenient location in our basement.
2) installed new rads (5) in our new addition's rooms
3) replaced the old rad pipes to our old rads that hung below our basement ceiling with new flexible pipes that were able to run between the joists and provide more basement headroom.
The new high efficiency boiler had an issue restarting when there was a power failure. Azul investigated and tried to resolve the numerous times at no cost. Months after the original job was complete Jordan continued to be responsive and helpful. Eventually they replaced it with a new unit at no cost and now everything works great.
Jordan was very friendly and easy to work with. He was very help answering questions and making recommendations based on his experience. His communication was great and the work was done on schedule.
