Noticed water in the unfinished side of the basement. Even though some of the water coming from the middle of the room and no wet section on the walls, 3 contractors suggested to dig outside and check for cracks /malfunctioning weeping tile. Frank was referred to me by a friend and he immediately know water is coming from under the house. Completed the job in 2 days (dug around the room, installed weeping tiles, connected to sum pump). His job is very clean and cleaned up after himself very well - couldn't even tell any digging was done when job was completed. Knowledgeable, explains every step, reasonable price, very clean and prompt. Would recommend to family friends 100%

He came the next day to check the situation and two days later he and his son did the work in a way that is appropriate for our property. Frank and his team are amazing, they were professional, neat and did an amazing job fixing another contractors mistake. Frank and his team answered any questions we had quickly and finished the job on time and on budget.

Frank came in and dug out our leaky basement water wells, ensured they draining property and the windows were not leaking, sealed cracks in the foundation and took the time to explain things to us. His team was VERY hardworking and took the time to put everything (patio) back together with care. Can't say enough good things about Frank and his team!

He quickly connected us with another tradesperson who could deal with the issues outside of his scope and had strong relationships with suppliers so that surprises did not turn into lengthy delays. His crew was cheerful, respectful and hard-working - even welcoming the curious eyes and questions from the children who live here too. Most importantly to me, Frank kept me informed throughout the project of what was happening - with frequent knocks on the door "I want you to see this". I have been struggling since Mar 2022 to get the issue with water detected and fixed in my basement. My neighbour recommended Frank and he replied promptly. He detected the root cause of the leaks in the first visit itself which most of the other contractors failed. The cost was very reasonable and genuine as well to get the issues fixed.
