From the first "Help! We have a puddle!" call to the day the work was finished, Frank was knowledgeable, thorough, detailed and communicative. He assessed our situation thoroughly, presented our options clearly, and provided a detailed and professional estimate for the work. As with so many old East York houses, there were "surprises" once the work started. Frank was flexible and resourceful in dealing with these changes. He quickly connected us with another tradesperson who could deal with the issues outside of his scope and had strong relationships with suppliers so that surprises did not turn into lengthy delays. His crew was cheerful, respectful and hard-working - even welcoming the curious eyes and questions from the children who live here too. Most importantly to me, Frank kept me informed throughout the project of what was happening - with frequent knocks on the door "I want you to see this". He clearly, patiently and respectfully handled all my questions, "what ifs" and "tell me again why's". I would happily recommend Frank and his team to anyone considering waterproofing projects.
