Frank very knowledgable and came up with a creative solution in a difficult situation. He is a great communicator and did exactly what he said he would, at a very fair price. The crew was surprisingly neat and all work was completed within the timeframe given. Will definitely use Ace Waterproofing again. Highly recommend them!
