ACE Waterproofing

I had a basement leak and wanted it inspected. I also wanted a general inspection of any possible leaks in my basement.

Frank came over and provided an estimate. He was very thorough in his inspection inside the basement and outside walls. He even went looking behind the insulation for watermarks and condensation and leaks. During the inspection he explained everything clearly and he even showed me what was good in my basement and what needed to be addressed

Eventually he recommended I address a crack from the outside and plug some leaks on the inside

Once a date and as set, Frank and his team completed the work in one day. They removed the paving and excavated down against the basement wall and after addressing the waterproofing , relaid the paving as they had found it.

I had interacted with other companies for this work and I was extremely comfortable with Frank and I felt what he was doing was in best interest of my requirement compared to some other companies estimate I received with minimal inspection and a ridiculously high cost .
