I called Drainmasters first thing on a Monday morning when I discovered that I had no hot water and that my tank was leaking all over the basement. The receptionist who took my call answered quickly and was very friendly, and had Dan to my house within an hour. Dan and Wes were fast, efficient, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. They fully explained what they were doing, and why. Less than 3 hours after calling, I have a brand new hot water thank. Thanks!

Our sewer backed up in the night. We called in the morning to a friendly and helpful receptionist. Wes did the work and was friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend his services.

Our bathroom sink drain was plugged at least 12 feet down the drain pipe (beyond the length on my own 12 foot 'snake'). Tom phoned to let me know he would be about 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. The job was completed quickly, efficiently and very courteously.

Great response - Wes was here within 1 hour of calling, and was very efficient, tidy and got the job done promptly. Also had good advice ( use more water to flush the sinks whenever they used plus weekly fill the sink up full and release it to flush out potential build up)

My kitchen sink clogged and I called Drainmasters to see if someone could come to my home that afternoon, which happened to be a holiday. Dwayne came within the hour and cleared the clog which turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated due to the nature of the material causing the problem. Dwayne was polite, knowledgeable and tried his best to be tidy which was a challenge given the nature of the job. I would definitely call this company again for any plumbing jobs in the future. Response was almost immediate with technician arriving within 1.5 hours of call (as estimated over the phone). Technician -- Dwayne -- was efficient and friendly, and very clear in what the problem was and how to prevent it in future. Cost of the service provided was also exactly as estimated. Very pleased with the service overall.
